"What is Chopped strand?”
Chopped Strands are made by bundling thousands of E-glass fiber together and chopping them into specified length. 
They are coated by original surface treatment designed for each resin to increase the strength and physical properties.
"What is a thermoplastic?”
thermoplastic is a type of plastic made up of polymer resins that softens when heated and hardens when cooled. 
Thermoplastics are easily recycled and do not show any chemical property changes when heated or cooled multiple times—which makes them easy to recycle.
Common ones are: PP, PA, PE,PVC,ABS

Application

Chopped fibers are chopped from alkali-free glass strands, and the surface is treated with a special silane sizing agent, which is used to reinforce thermoplastics such as PA, PP, and PE.
Applicable to extrusion and injection molding process: glass fiber roving or chopped strand and thermoplastic resin are mixed and extruded through a screw extruder (at a certain temperature), cooled by water and pelletized to obtain pellets, and then these pellets are The material is added to the injection molding machine and subjected to injection molding to obtain the final product.

Packaging & Shipment
Chopped Strands are packaged in kraft bags or woven bags, about 25kg per bag, 4 bags per layer, 8 layers per pallet and 32 bags per pallet, Each 32 bags of products are packed by multilayer shrink film and packing band. Also the product can be packed as the customers’ reasonable requirements.
This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is within temperature between 15-35℃, with a relative humidity between 30% and 70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use to avoid moisture.
