Application

Spray-up is an open-moulding composites fabrication process where resin and reinforcements are sprayed onto a reusable mould. The resin and glass may be applied separately or simultaneously "chopped" in a combined stream from a chopper gun. Workers roll out the spray-up to compact the laminate.

Packaging & Shipment

Fiberglass roving each roll is approximately 18KG, 48/64 rolls a tray, 48 rolls are 3 floors and 64 rolls are 4 floors. The 20-foot container holds about 22 tons.
